WHAT COULD BE MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN PEDALLING BETWEEN LAKE AND MOUNTAINS ?

After the Châtel Chablais Léman Race, Chablais Léman Sport Organisation has presented the Thonon-les-Bains Cycling Classic.

A mass cycling event through Thonon les Bains, Thonon Agglomération, Grand Genève, Vallée Verte and of course Chablais?

What could be more beautiful than pedalling between Lake Geneva, the largest lake in Europe, and its mountains?

An idyllic setting! The event will have at heart the promotion and discovery of the area via 2000 cyclists in the event’s colours.

At the dawn of summer, the cyclists will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of Thonon-les-Bains and the sun’s reflections on Lake Geneva, at the port, where the event will take place. Cycling is in full expansion and is becoming the mobility solution of tomorrow…

We want to promote it through a popular event where exhibitors, craftsmen and local companies will take care of the entertainment.

The participants will also be at the centre of attention with an extraordinary endowment as we are now accustomed to do. A great party and unforgettable moments, this is what we want to offer!

Thonon-les-Bains, where residents and visitors come to « recharge their batteries », also abounds in exceptional cultural places… its thermal baths, the Château de Ripaille, its funicular, the Saint-François de Sales basilica… The Thonon-les-Bains Cycling Classic could well become an excellent communication and economic vector… while waiting for the Tour?
